As a Technical Support Engineer:
• You will support Polish speaking customers with both hardware and software issues related to printers.
• It will be B2B communication via phone, email or chat.
• All the devices are available at hand so you can test the problem and the solution yourself and get back to the customer with specific instructions.

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for:
• Interest in Technology / IT and willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Upper-intermediate English (min B2) and advanced Polish (min C1)
• Strong problem solving skills and effective communication with customers
• Previous experience in Support Center/Helpdesk environment or a similar role

It will be an advantage if you have knowledge of:
• Networking and/or Wireless infrastructure
• Mobile computing technologies and operating systems
• Remote tools
