Job description, responsibilities and duties
REED is currently looking for junior candidates with strong interest in the financial field who would be interested in joining our client a large international company in the field of consulting services. You will learn the tasks of a financial controller, use your English skills daily and have a chance to grow further every day!
Responsibilities
• Support the company clients worldwide
• Process project planning, price calculations, monthly reporting, analysis
• Follow internal control procedures and make sure that all is adherent to correct accounting principles
• Be a key partner to project manager
• Analyse opportunities to improve profitability of projects
• Be a part of daily communication within different company subsidiaries and clients
• Take part in quarterly closing activities
• Act as a member of a team, work on ad hoc tasks given by managers

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Professional communicative level of English (B2+)
• Communicative level of German or French is an advantage
• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in the area of finance or accounting is a must
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented, critical thinking, ability to find and apply solutions
• Interest in working within the finance area
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus
• Experience with SAP as an advantage
