Job description, responsibilities and duties

REED is looking for a candidate who already has a controlling experience, but is looking for a new challenge. The position offers work within an international team from Prague and future development opportunities.

Responsibilities
· Responsibility for transaction controlling activities (e.g. cost center controlling)

· Preparation of budgets and forecasts

· Developing and maintaining monthly reporting templates

· Reporting on current values and forecasts in the reporting systems

· Data extraction from different tools/systems (SAP and others) and their consolidation (Excel)

· Management of estimated items

· Close cooperation with teams across Czech Republic and in Germany

· Cost allocation between the cost centers

· Automation activities and continuous improvement

· Ad-hoc analyses and other controlling tasks


Qualifications
· 2-3 years of experience in Controlling / Reporting

· German on business level (minimum B2) and good understanding of English (minimum B1)

· Educational background within business administration, accountancy or finance is preferred

· Experience with SAP is an advantage

· Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, IF, Vlookup,..)

· Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and good communication abilities

· Ability to work independently
