Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer with excellent English (German or French will be an advantage) for B2B support of the company clients. This role is in the Operations team and it will suit well to a good communicator who wants to use English daily and gain experience in a corporate environment with progression opportunities.
This role is in an international manufacturing company with a Shared Service Centre in Brno, Czech Republic.
What will you do?
• Input of orders based on the daily orders received from customers
• Following up continuously the status of open orders, inform customers where necessary
• Be the central contact for customers concerning all topics related to open orders
• Be the internal voice of the customer supporting the internal organization to safeguard that orders are shipped in line with the company commitments
• Work closely with other colleagues within the Operations team to ensure best customer service possible
