Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities
• Support the Asset Operations team with daily financial routine tasks.
• Issue monthly invoices of rent, service charge, public utilities, and perform AR reconciliation.
• Manage AP invoices, allocate costs according to internal policy, prepare internal AP entries on a regular basis and process payment on proper procedure.
• Work closely with HQ Finance team and the monitor local outsourced accounting company on the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements for the Hungarian subsidiaries of our Group.
• Monitor tax returns, VAT returns, RETT,
Establish the local internal accounting procedure and implementation
• Coordinate the Asset Operations team on service charge reconciliations.
• Other ad-hoc reports as required.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines, CPA qualified accountant preferred.
5 years of relevant experience, preferably with real estate properties.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Good Excel skills and hands-on reporting experience.
• Understanding of real estate facility and property management processes, tasks and market practice.
• Good experience in real estate management software.
