As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing professional and effective technical support to end users via telephone, email, or remote access for our international client located in Prague. Your Responsibilities

• Providing Tier 1 and occasionally Tier 2 technical support and configurations service through inbound phone and ServiceNow tickets for various technologies
• Independently identifying, troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving issues
• Participating in software installation, installing new / replacement workstations, setup of user accounts and profiles, and performing password resets.
• Troubleshoot issues with Mac, Windows OS, standard IT applications (e.g., Outlook), network connectivity, mobile technologies and hardware issues related to laptops and mobile phones.
• Working with active directory, network connectivity and organisational security standards

Experience and skills

• Previous experience working in a technical support environment is necessary
• Degree in computer science, information technology, business, or related discipline is an advantage.
• Service desk skills, diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities and practical problem-solving
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Can communicate at a professional level in German or French

Technical skills

• Proven experience installing software/applications and understanding of corporate IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with VPN and experience with Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems such as Windows 10 (IOS is an advantage)
• Good understanding of browser troubleshooting such as Chrome, Edge and/or Safari
• Knowledge of ticketing tool or similar tools to document and track incidents is a plus
