Job description, responsibilities and duties
REED is currently searching for individuals who have experience in IT support for our international client located in Prague. If you take pride in delivering first class IT support, are excited for a new challenge and want to be a part of a pivotal group inside a consultancy’s firms global IT organisation, then read further!
Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting for Windows and Mac OS, standard IT applications (Office 365), network connectivity and VPN
• Provide support for hardware issues relating to desktops, laptops, mobile phones and other equipment
• Communicate and collaborate with internal colleagues and other product teams in a professional and personable manner
• Continuous contribution to the creation and improvement of the internal knowledge base
• Resolve complex technical problems with timely and effective solutions
• Have exposure to technical labs and help developed test the newest releases in technology and hardware
Qualifications
• Fluent and professional communication in English
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar IT support role
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10 or Mac OS
• Good understanding of active directory
• Experience with installing, troubleshooting VPN / network connectivity, printers, mobile phones is an advantage
• Knowledge of ITSM ticketing tool is a plus
• Attention to details, ability to meet deadlines and handle occasional stress
• Customer orientation and friendliness under all circumstances
• Reliability and cooperativeness within a team
