SAP Manager

Role Description

The IT Service SAP Manager is responsible for aligning country and OU (Operating Unit) demands and enhancement of the SAP solutions in close alignment with the BU EA SAP/ teams. The role is furthermore managing a list of prioritized demands (backlog) in the area of SAP template solutions and actively driving the portfolio within the OU in order to improve business outcomes.
In addition, the IT Service & Demand Manager is collaborating with the EA IT Team and the SAP/ IT Delivery Hub in China, Shanghai (support and service delivery teams) and acts as central country / OU escalation point to ensure successfully delivery and smooth operation of the SAP template solutions.

Countries involved: Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland and Croatia.
Job Responsibilities:
• Overall IT responsible for the SAP demand management in the OU
• Collaborates closely with business to define business requirement specifications
• Manages the SAP roadmap for the OU and integrates them into the BU roadmap
• Develops and maintains a prioritized list of demands for the OU
• Drives the consolidation / harmonization of demands within the OU
• Coordinates with the OU for business case preparation when required
• Contributes to the budget planning for SAP representing the OU
• Acts as central coordination role and represents SAP template across the region
• Gives direction to stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of SAP (project & run)
• Organizes user acceptance tests and ensures sign-off of demands by business stakeholders
• Fosters user adoption to ensure benefit attainment and promotes knowledge about templates
• Controls and monitors (SLAs) the support services delivered by the global SAP AMS teams
