Job description, responsibilities and duties

The person employed in this position will be responsible for cooperation with medical stores in Slovakia and Czech Republic, including:
- maintaining and developing business relations (rehabilitation and orthopedic equipment)
- defining customer needs and recommending the best solutions
- continuous monitoring and supporting business growth
- participation in trade fairs and industry events

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and Czech - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Skillful

Driving licence


Experience in the position/sector

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum one year of experience in foreign sales
• Fluent communication in Slovak/Czech languages and free communication in English or Polish
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Ability to build relationships with customers and the team
• Fast adoption of skills, knowledge and a new information
• Good work organization and flexibility for setting priorities
• Strong development orientation in the sales
• Determination in reaching goals
• Independence in action, openness to changes
• Education min. medium
• Hight negotiation skills
• Category B driving license
• Willingness to take business trips (3 weeks a month - fieldwork, 1 week - remote work from home)
