Direct Recruiter

Resource Solutions is looking to recruit a Direct Recruiter to work onsite for a prestigious multinational investment bank based in Prague. As the successful Direct Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing candidates externally for approved roles by both using direct methods and via an approved PSL of Vendors.You will also drive direct recruitment which will include advertising as well as the proactive searching of CV databases and talentpools. There will be particular focus on tech space.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the direct recruitment SLA's are met/ or exceeded
• Attending telephone role briefings with the Recruiter as required
• Responsible for proactive sourcing against agreed role profiles, including developing market maps / market intelligence in conjunction with the Global Research Team
• Working with the Resourcing Partners to develop innovative sourcing techniques
• Conducting telescreening and review of competencies, skills and experience as part of qualification process before submitting a shortlist to the onsite Resourcing Partner within the agreed timeframes
• Provision of regular commentary on direct recruitment activity including market insight, competitor activity, salary information and new initiatives to attract candidates
• Conduct meetings with placed candidates to gather referrals and strengthen relationships with the business
• Implement simple, effective and trackable resourcing, record keeping and administration processes - ensure Recruitment Systems are accurate and up to date at all times
• Providing regular market information from both internal and external sources

• Experience of recruitment for tech essential
• Experience of high volume permanent recruitment essential
• Experience of working to targets and deadlines essential
• Experience of proactive and headhunt approaches to candidates desirable
• Able to provide an effective, professional and timely response to the client and candidates
• Confident with the ability to work well in a demanding environment
