Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Support for WMS system users
• Process configuration in the IT systems (mainly BY Dispatcher WMS)
• Analysis of business, functional and system needs of internal clients
• Close cooperation with the IT department
• Creating test scenarios and testing
• End-user training
• Maintaining technical documentation
• Create reports using Jasper Reports

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

It/ Tech support/ Internal Client Support

Language skills

Czech - Upper intermediate (B2) or English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Polish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Solid analytical and process thinking
• Self-motivated towards searching for effective results
• Ability to work with computer applications
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL / PLSQL (Oracle)
• Knowledge of the English and Czech languages at least B2 level (written and spoken)
• Very good Excel skills

Nice to have
• Knowledge of the BY Dispatcher WMS (RedPrairie / JDA Dispatcher DLx) or other WMS system
• Knowledge of the Polish language
