Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Process configuration in the IT systems (mainly BY Dispatcher WMS)
• Development and testing of IT solutions to optimize warehouse operations
• Participation in implementation projects for new clients as an implementation specialist
• Conducting tests and training
• Business processes modelling and optimization
• Close cooperation with the IT department
• Keeping and maintaining implementation documentation
• Cooperation with system suppliers

Language skills
Czech - Upper intermediate (B2) or English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Polish - Upper intermediate (B2)
Other knowledge
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Personality requirements and skills
• Solid analytical and process thinking
• Self-motivated towards searching for effective results
• Flexibility and ability to find unconventional solutions
• Knowledge of SQL / PLSQL (Oracle)
• Knowledge of the English and Czech languages at least B2 level (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of the BY Dispatcher WMS (RedPrairie / JDA Dispatcher DLx) or other WMS system
• Experience in implementation projects (will be an additional advantage)
• Experience in the TSL sector (contract logistics)
• Very good Excel skills
Nice to have
• Knowledge of the Polish language
• Self-motivated towards searching for effective results
