Finance Manager
(Transport & Logistics)

Scope of duties:

• Shaping and implementing the Group’s financial strategy.
• Management of financial policy, finance and managerial accounting.
• Supervision over financial fluency of the company and Group.
• Analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
• Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
• Preparation of the company’s budget and control of its implementation.
• Responsibility for the supervision of budgeting process and control of budget execution, including the analysis of departures.
• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
• Assessment of the financial risk of investments, transactions, deposits, etc.
• Supervision over the development of financial procedures and their control.
• Representing the Company towards financial institutions and ownership supervision in the field of finance.
• Ensuring compliance of financial procedures with tax regulations.

Requirements:

• University degree (Finance or Equivalent),
• At least 5 years of experience in finance management on a group level in multinational organization,
• Experience in services sector will be an asset,
• Fluent Czech and English,
• Driving license,
• Good organizational skills,
• Communicativeness, stress resistance.
