Job description, responsibilities and duties
During the last 5 years, ROIVENUE put our award winning MarTech AI driven product in the hands of clients in 13 countries with a combined 100 Million EUR online marketing budget. Our goal in the coming three years is to get to 1 Billion. To do that we are building a professional high calibre and well structured sales team to help us scale as internationally as possible. And that's where you come in.
Key challenges ahead of you
➤ Build up a stable sales team ready to cover any promising market
➤ Make product sales near-guaranteed and ensure continuous growth of our client base
➤ Support our transformation from individual to automated sale to speed up the business
➤ Help us align sales and marketing functions that will run like a money machine
Your role
➤ Help us scale ROIVENUE globally.
➤ Take charge of our award-winning product sale and keep improving our sales techniques.
➤ Lead and manage a team of 7-10 people including sales analytics, BDRs and sales managers, ready to help “do business” any time.
➤ Ensure know-how flow, sales skills development and motivation within the team.
➤ Work crossfunctionally with other departments (mainly Client Success and Product) to ensure their needs are also met.
➤ Communicate the vision of the company leadership, pitch the attractive product functionalities to increase conversion ratios and help to improve customer retention. In time, co-create the vision with us.
➤ Come up with business development strategies for new markets, monitor competitors, open doors closed to us in the past, ensure all leads and prospects are handled effectively, manage sales tools and documentation.
➤ Gather leads and prospect’s feedback and adjust the sales approach accordingly.
➤ Strengthen the Roivenue brand, propose marketing strategies in cooperation with the sales and product teams. Functioning as a marketing leader would be a great bonus for us.
➤ Nice to have: ability to coordinate and maybe even integrate marketing function under one streamlined Acquisition team
About you
➤ A passionate salesperson who can close; with a technological mindset and data-driven approach
➤ Strong managerial and leadership skills with a 2-3+ years track record of building and leading teams that drive impact
6+ years of sales and business development for SaaS, B2B and IT products
➤ Marketing expertise would be a great benefit
➤ Preferably previous jobs in some of these industries: data, digital marketing, martech/adtech, e-commerce
➤ Able to manage a diverse team of salespeople of different nationalities and origins
➤ Able to work and communicate in both Czech and English, native CZ/SK speaker preferred, location in the Czech Republic
