Your tasks will be focused on telephone contact with Clients, including:
• Building positive relationships and researching Customer needs,
• Advising Clients in the field of offered products,
• Increasing current product orders (up-sell),
• Completing the database after contact with the Client
Our expectations:
• Fluency in czech,
• Experience or willingness to develop in the area of customer service and sales,
• Communicability and openness to new experiences,
• Focus on achieving goals,
• Ability to cooperate with people
We offer:
• Adequate basic salary and attractive commissions,
• Stable work based on a civil-law or B2B contract,
• Full-time or part-time work (minimum of 0.75 FTE) with the option of individually arranging a schedule,
