Payroll Administrator with English, Hungarian
&
Customer Service Representative with English, Hungarian

Responsibilities:
• Support customers’ requests by phone, mail and social media
• Suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures
• Working with special applications and CRM Tools
• Communication with customers, with very good empathy skill and high native vocabulary
• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll inputs and execution of internal/external controls.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
• Communicative level of English and Hungarian both oral and written form
• Excellent client handling skills
• Strong detail orientation, strong displayed problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
• Professionalism and positive attitude
• Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• Team players with the ability to also work independently


• Payroll experience is an advantage
• Customer service experience is an advantage
