Would you like to work in international company in Training and Development area?
Do not miss the chance to apply for a position of Training Expert which we are looking for our client – an international provider of outsourced business process, client centres etc.

What would you do:
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
• Design and develop training programs
• Schedule appropriate training sessions
• Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
• Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
• Create eLearning sessions
• Train and guide new employees
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training
• Research and recommend new training methods

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What we expect from you :)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field
• Certification for Training and Development Experts (CPLP, PHR….)
• PC knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced level of English both oral and written form
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position
• Solid knowledge of training techniques.
• Excellent communication
• Well organized and able to adhere to deadlines personality
• Reliability, with high integrity and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and attitude
