Technical Project Manager / Coordinator - Energy

What will be your job:
On-time and on-budget execution and safe implementation of one or more projects in the field of "Installation of charging solutions at large properties" (e.g. apartment blocks, quarters) until handover to the customer.
1. project planning
- Gathering of customer requirements
- Planning of deadlines, milestones, implementation logistics
- Coordination internally and with suppliers
- Coordination with customers
- Compilation and submission of funding applications in coordination with engineering
2. project control / management
- Monitoring of deadlines, quality, costs, test certificates, resources, etc.
- Coordination of partners / suppliers (installers, charging points)
- Contact person for internal and all external parties
- Monitoring of logistics
3. project control
- Project documentation
- Reporting (set card, parts lists, project charter)
- Technical documentation
4. creation, coordination and development of business plans
5. creation, coordination and development of investment proposals
6. data collection for the economic analysis of the projects
7. support in the design and development of PM processes
8. support in acquisition

What you already have:
- Industrial engineer, electrical engineer, technically and commercially oriented energy engineer Degree.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a technical project manager / project coordinator (preferably with PM certificate).
- Relevant experience in the energy industry
- Experience with PV systems, charging stations, e-mobility, battery storage systems
- Knowledge of energy law
- Knowledge of compliance management
- fluent German and English, desirable Czech or Polish
