Car park Coordinator in Netherlands

The Car park Coordinator ensures optimal maintenance of company vehicles and proper registration of use and of these vehicles in order to limit costs and problems.

Duties :

• Effectively maintains maintenance schedules and schedules maintenance in a timely manner to keep company vehicles safe and reliable
• Has regular contact with car dealers and leasing companies for the most efficient deployment and optimal car service
• Requests fuel cards in a timely manner and ensures proper distribution to keep refueling reports to a minimum
• Maintains a balanced administration with all relevant vehicle related data such as driving license checks, mileage, drivers, taxes, etc.
• Monitors the track & trace system and identifies any deviations in driving behavior
• Provides a weekly overview of imposed fines that are related to the temporary worker in question
• In consultation with the Back Office and Business Manager, he suggests the way in which these fines are collected from the employee and communicates with him.
• Checks weekly/monthly whether the fines from the temporary worker were collected in the right way and at the right time
• Confronts drivers in case of repeated fines and imposes sanctions after consultation with the business manager



Knowledge and skills:

• High work commitment
• Knowledge and demonstrable experience with (financial) management and management reports. Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English
• Driver's license B
• Technical skill and interest in cars

- registration for compulsory statutory health insurance in the Netherlands is arranged by the employer upon arrival
