ABOUT THE ROLE
The Recruitment Operations Team as part of Global Service Delivery is responsible for administrative support of the EMEA Recruiting team. As an Intern (f/m) you will join a team 17 Process Specialists who are working very closely with the ‘front-end’ recruiters as well as with the Recruiting team in Prague. In addition a close cooperation with other HR teams is essential to ensure a smooth end to end hiring process.
Since October 2016 our SAP family (SAP Services, Concur and SAP Ariba) also has a new home with the Metronom Office Building in Prague (Czech Republic) which received the ABSL Diamond Award in the category „Innovative Workplace“ and the CIJ Award 2016 in the category "Best Office Lease Of The Year".
AS AN INTERN (F/M) IN THE RECRUITING OPERATIONS TEAM YOU WILL HAVE THE CHANCE TO SUPPORT US WITH THE FOLLOWING TASKS
• Creation and publishing of job postings using both internal and external sourcing channels
• Schedule and re-schedule interviews for recruiters and managers
• Support candidate background verification process
• Dealing with enquires related to recruiting process
• Handling of phone calls enquires received via SAP Recruiting Hotline
• Involvement in current HR Recruiting projects

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Experience/ knowledge/interest in the area of recruiting
• Previous experience in other HR areas is beneficial
• Experience in an office preferably of an international company is an advantage
• Experience working within a customer orientated environment preferred

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
• Student enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• We are open for all fields of studies
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English language skills
• Additional language would be beneficial
• Computer skills: Profound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Soft skills: Team player for work in a multicultural environment
