ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you want to further develop your expertise in HR? Do you have interest in the newest regulations of Data Protection & Privacy? In this position you can deepen your experience in data management and gain good understanding of data protection related rules, Data Subject Rights and the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The main function of this role is to focus on execution of Data Subject Rights according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and documented procedures within the Global Data Management Team at HR. Data Subject Rights include Data Information Requests, ad-hoc data deletion as per request from Employees and regular data deletion-runs. This position works in close alignment and under the functional guidance of the HR Global Data Protection Coordinator.
The HR Data Management Consultant can carry out other HR operational tasks, processes and transactions, such as data maintenance for personnel administration, data quality management, as well as cooperation and consultation with other HR teams, Employees or Managers. HR Data Management Consultant participates in projects and improvement activities related to Data Management and can support Data Governance topics.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Ensure accurate, consistent and timely delivery of reports and transactions related to Data Subject Rights
• Use agreed channels, workflows and systems to fulfill daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with handling the highly sensitive data
• Pro-actively monitor quality and accuracy of own deliverables
• Follow Data Protection & Privacy principles
• Keep process documentation up-to-date for above processes based on required changes
• Prepare reports from HR systems
• Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers, such as colleagues, employees and managers
• Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers
• Work with other team members sharing knowledge on the topics

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

WORK EXPERIENCE
• 1+ years, ideally in HR and/or Shared Services
• Strong competence with internal HR Systems and processes
• HR Data Management experience is an advantage
