Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Responsibility for the Functional Design in the Purchasing Tool "Coupa" Global Rollout
    • Collaboration & coordination in the global rollout of the "Coupa" procurement platform
    • Technical coordination of the regional rollout team and interface to the process owners in the German headquarters
  • Responsibility for ensuring & preparing the respective go-lives
    • Collaboration in the project teams especially with functionally adjacent areas in Purchasing & IT
    • Support in change management with the country and regional buyers, category managers, requestors & approvers
    • Preparation & elaboration of training materials
    • Execution of trainings, follow-up of the change process

  • Follow-on responsibilities for purchasing processes & systems
    • Collaboration, cooperation & support on future Purchasing Processes & Systems Rollouts
  • Very good written and spoken English (German advantageous)
  • First experience in working on (interdisciplinary) projects
  • Strong communication & moderation skills
  • Structured way of working
  • University degree with focus on business informatics or similar educational qualification advantageous 
  • Knowledge in purchasing processes & systems advantageous
  • SAP R3 & S/4 HANA knowledge advantageous
