Job description, responsibilities and duties
- As a Product Developer - vývojář , you are responsible for the technical and cost-oriented development of existing products - vývoj produktů .
- You independently develop product-specific solutions for production problems and develop solutions and implement them in conjunction with company rules
- You ensure permanent support and improvement of existing products as well as the further development of these products taking into account and realizing suggestions from the company and the market for products and new developments.
- With continuous structural improvements you help to reduce production costs and to avoid production problems.
- Strength calculations
- Define and validate requirements for products
- Analysis and evaluation of test results
- Solution of design problems
- Independent management of construction projects
- Reporting

- Technical University degree or completed technical education (preferably engineer or technician)
- Experience in design and development
- Preferably experience in the automotive supplier industry
- Good CAD skills: SW/CATIA
- Cost consciousness

- Creative and innovative way of thinking, systematic work approach and a high level of flexibility
