Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Our customer is planning a further significant expansion of the production site in Czech Republic.
- As a Production Manager - Fertigungsleiter - Ředitel výroby - Ředitel provozu - Vedoucí výroby - you are responsible for the technical management and further development of a new production area at the location.
- Leadership, motivation and controll of the employees in your area of responsibility
- Operative ensuring of a smooth and economical production process taking into account quality, processes, costs and deadlines in the daily business
- Support of the Plant Management during introduction of new production proceses as well as during the optimization of existing production processes
- Identification and implementation of improvement measures
- Optimization of the production, continious improvement and coordination of existing processes (also in close coordination with other departments)
- Reporting to Plant Management

- Several years of successful professional experience in a similar management position, preferably in an international manufacturing company, preferably from industry or automotive supplier industry
- Leadership experience, ability to motivate and to lead a team
- Knowledge of and experience in Lean-Management
- Good knowledge of IT-systems (MS-Office, Excel, etc.)
- You have excellent leadership skills; you are convincing and know how to assert yourself in dealing with the staff at all levels.
- You are competent, proactive and focused in your actions and approach, your conduct is confident and friendly.
- Good understanding of general perspective as well as distinct ability to solve problems.
- Pragmatic working approach
- You have a „proactive“ personality and pioneering attitude as well as high degree of own initiative.
- You are team-minded and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
