- As an automation specialist / robot engineer, your main task lies in the management and optimization of robot workstations (HW/SW) together with spare parts management.

Information about the selection process
Our client is an internationally operating company from a German speaking country, one of the leading companies in it`s segment . The company has a long tradition and is present all over the world with own production sites and subsidiaries. In Czech Republic the company opened a new production site several years ago and aims to boost operations in Central Europe. For this plant (located in Central Bohemia, between Prague and Pilsen) is the position of a Robotic Engineer – Automation Engineer to fill.

- In addition to very good knowledge of the Czech language (at mother tongue level), you have good knowledge of German and/or English, both spoken and written.
- Several years of successful professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international production company.
- Preferably a completed technical university degree or comparable technical training (preferably computer science, cybernetics, mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering or applied science)
- Experience with robotic workspace programming
- Programming knowledge (algorythms)
- You are a strong personality in every respect, someone who can assert himself convincingly due to his professional competence.
- Competent, independent and goal-oriented way of working and trading, friendly and confident demeanor
- Pragmatic solution orientation and extremely customer-oriented thinking (both externally and internally)
- Sensing the “critical path” (importance/urgency of tasks)
- You are a "proactive" personality and have a high degree of initiative and commitment
- Sociable, communicative and team player personality
- Several years of successful professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international production company.
