- As Head of Accounting & Finance – Leiter Rechnungswesen, Finanzen, Buchhaltung – Vedoucí finančního účetnictví – Hlavní účetní you will work on the further development and expansion of accounting and the management of bookkeeping, also in close cooperation with the head office for the area of responsibility of the position. It exists the posibility of expanding responsibility also to another production site in Czech Republic.
- Management of financial and operational accounting with sub-accounting / payroll accounting
- Leading of the Accounting/Finance Department at the site
- Participation in the preparation of legal documents, e.g. VAT and tax reporting or social security mandatory reporting, in accordance with legal requirements
- Ensuring and timely execution of the entire payroll, including the settlement of all legal requirements (e.g. social security system)
- Participation in the preparation of the monthly financial statements, including key management figures
- Participation in finance, accounting and controlling projects
- Support to the Finance Directorate and General Management
- Special assignments
- Analysis of the key figures including reporting and support of the management
- Active, subject-related cooperation in the implementation of new evaluations
