Your core tasks

  • Drive the turnover and profitability of Schleich accross e-com sales channel across Eastern Europe with focus on Poland and Czech Republic and be responsible for key Customers like Amazon, www.alza.cz, www.allegro.pl , www.mall.cz , www.smyk.pl etc.
  • Develop and execute an E-commerce / omni-channel strategy for Eastern Europe
  • Develop and execute an annual joint business plan for the key accounts that support the long-term brand building strategy of Schleich
  • Devise terms and conditions for each account which are consistent with Schleich's sales strategy
  • Create and own strategy / execution of optimized visibility, discoverability and conversion of Schleich brands, products and activations on retailer's sites
  • Systematically analyze and report of sales results, customer experience, conversion expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement and to adapt the strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing (internal and retailer) on maximizing online sales performance through effective day-to-day adaptations on-site and analysis of online sales key metrics as well as linking to our digital marketing efforts
  • Manage sales forecasting and inventory levels to achieve planned levels of demand fulfilment
  • Work with supporting functions within the Schleich HQ such as finance, credit control, supply chain, HR and legal to ensure the best possible support and alignment with global objectives and processes
  • Some travel days to fairs is expected

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant (e-commerce) key account management experience.
  • You have minimum an HBO or Bachelor level education in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
  • You are hungry for opportunities and for developing ways to exploit them.
  • Your working style is data driven and you are a forward thinking "what if" questioner.
  • Assertiveness and negotiating skills are your hallmarks.
  • You are enthusiastic and passionate about brands and products.
  • You can work effectively independently.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and Czech. Polish is desirable.
