Planner / Deputy Project Manager

This role assists in the delivery of projects by supporting Project Managers in planning, and in executing project-specific tasks and activities.
Is accountable for developing project management capability.

Main responsibilities:
“Global Customer Projects Operations” missions are to manage large, complex and international Solutions for worldwide customers.
One of the main challenges of these international and complex Projects is planning, which determines payment milestones and liquidated damages.

As a member of a project team, the Planner / Deputy PM is responsible for the planning under the responsibility of the Project Manager:
* Construction and analysis of the planning in tool Primavera and/or Microsoft Project
* Follow and update project assumptions, baseline, milestones, reporting, KPIs
* Earned value management
* Helps identifying project risk and opportunities, put in place plans actions to mitigate and/or achieve them
In addition to planning activities, he might support the Project Manager on the following activities:
* Build WBS, follow and update the project execution budget in SAP
* Organize and animate regular Project meetings
* Manage the documentation flow
* Assist to the preparation of Variation Orders to Customers
* Follow-up suppliers
* Prepare and follow the application of the processes
* Organize and animate lessons learnt
* Performs any other task requested by manager related to the job scope
