Job description, responsibilities and duties
Project Manager will have a full responsibility for the coordination of all aspects of the delivery of projects; including technical, commercial and contractual aspects, to ensure the success of the project.
• Manage the delivery of a project to the agreed scope, schedule and budget;
• Ensure that all company and customer quality procedures and requirements are met;
• Ensure the formal acceptance of the project by the customer and the achievement of the highest level of customer satisfaction;
• Identify and manage project risks;
• Interact with internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, legal department, supply chain and finance teams) and external suppliers and contractors to achieve the successful delivery of the project.

Personality requirements and skills
We are looking for the candidates who possess:
• Engineering degree in automation, applied informatics, IT, electrical or mechanical engineering,
• Confirmed experience in automation control industry and in the domain of process, chemical, industrial or electrical engineering with end-users or EPCs;
• Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in managing international projects;
• Very good project management skills, experience with project team management;
• Project P&L experience;
• Experience with Schneider Electric automation product portfolio and PMI certification are major advantages;
and also:
• Willingness and flexibility for frequent business trips to customers;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High commitment to work and proactive approach;
• Driving license (B), active driver.
Languages required:
• Fluent level of written and spoken English & German;
• Fluent French – advantage;
