Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Ensuring and coordination of tendering process
Resource planning and creating time schedules, leading of junior planners (if needed)
Analysis of customer requirements from tenders and requests
Close cooperation with other company´s departments involved in the process of calculation
Close cooperation with customer´s operation teams (ensure quality, improve performance);
Development of competitive logistics solutions for customers
Calculation (e.g. personnel, equipment), inventory planning, if necessary layout preparation, cost and price determination
Preparation and presentation of solutions and calculations on meetings with regional management and board of management
Preparation and presentation of prepared solutions and calculations to customers
Negotiations with customers
Support of start-ups of new logistics projects
Reporting and record-keeping
Maintain contracts with potential/active customers
