Job description, responsibilities and duties
As theBusiness Tender Analysis Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia regions, your primary role is to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. This position combines strategic planning, process optimization, data analysis, and CRM management, with a strong focus on tender management and distributor reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis, Reporting, and Distributor Management:
Conduct thorough sales data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive sales and distributor reports, offering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
2. Tender Management and Sales Strategy:
Oversee the operational aspects of tender management in both CZ and SK regions, including registration, submission, and deadline compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
Assist in forecasting and managing the sales budget, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
3. Process Improvement and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Continuously review and improve sales processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales operation approach.
4. CRM and Digital Tools Advocacy:
Act as the Salesforce Key User, managing the CRM system to ensure it meets sales team needs.
Promote the adoption of digital tools within the sales team, providing training and support to enhance efficiency.
5. Market Research and Customer Relationship Management:
Engage in market research to stay informed about competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
Foster strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
