Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a smart Deputy Project Manager with good managerial and coordination skills which will be applied in the area of construction in Mochovce NPP Project. Employee will support the Project manager in management of assigned contracts, ensuring the filling of construction milestones by the Contractors.
Key Responsibilities
• Contract management with Contractor regarding the finalization of the construction of MO34
• In collaboration with Project Manager (PM) of the Nuclear Island Project he responds to the Contract ensuring the scope, schedule, costs and quality in the scope of authority assigned
• Management of Contractor so that its activity is in accordance with the rules for the finalization of the construction and with the approved contract, technical documentation, and respecting the targets of the Nuclear Island Project.
General tasks:
• Management the preparation of all technical documentation required for the contractual process of the procurement of the Nuclear Part-Construction Part
• Cooperation with the SE, a.s. Procurement Department during the process of the selection of eventual Contractors.
• Management of Contractor so that its activity is in accordance with the rules for the finalization of the construction and with the approved contract, technical documentation, and respecting the targets of the Nuclear Island Project.
• Controlling the process of the project data exchanging that is required for the preparation and realization of Nuclear Island.
• Evaluation the proposals for the change of the project so that the main construction milestones will be observed
• Verification of the filling of construction milestones by the Contractor in order to approve the payments.
• Evaluation of the requests of the Contractor for the change of contractual requests during the contract settlement
• Monthly management of Contractors’ invoices
• Fulfilment of the tasks assigned by the superior
