Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Turnover Supervisor, who will participate on the MO34 Project – construction of Nuclear Power Plant in Mochovce. He/She will be responsible for supervision of assigned contractors, participation in the inspections of specific systems before and during their turnover process and overall support of the Turnover Superintendant /Manager in in completion of Plant systems and their turnover from construction phase to commissioning.
Key responsibilies
• Assisting and supporting the Turnover Superintend in his duties to complete the Turnovers of Plant systems from Construction to Commissioning.
• Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzed.
• Expediting hard the completion of the TO requirements
• Assigning tasks
• Working with the team and the contractors to remove / solve items preventing the Turnover of a system
• Control TO schedule
• Track, analyze and communicate delays
• Follow up / Coordinate the STPs from inception to completion / acceptance.
• Follow up with Contractors to ensure issuing of all required quality documentation
• Working with TO, Construction, Quality Documentation and Commissioning to ensure scope definition and acceptance of TOs
• Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers
• Participate in Kick-off / Progress meetings related to Construction / TO
• Participate in the inspection of systems before and during Turnover process
• Track and report TO / project progress
• Update and follow-up on TO documentation
• Close STP packages or phase and pass it to TO’s team or Manager
