Job description, responsibilities and duties

Opportunity for flexible driven-by-results candidate, who is not afraid of demanding project work, well organized with high level of self-discipline, eager to learn new things across HR field and Labour Law. Areas of responsibility:
1. The field of legal affairs:
1.1 preparation of work contracts, amendments and other labour-law documents and its relevant updates, responsibility for data correctness
1.2 counselling for employees in the field of labour law, wages and income taxes, communication with third parties, execution of internal trainings for employees
1.3 active support for employees and management of the company and ensuring global communication within the project or co-operating organizations and offices in matters
1.4 responsibility for preparing and updating internal documents, directives and processes within the company or project
1.5 monitoring of legislative changes in labour-law regulations and their incorporation in company documents, cooperation in archiving of documentation
1.6 responsibility for setting of and updating business processes and systems in accordance with GDPR and other regulations in the field of labour-law relations
1.7 preparation of expert legal analyses and attitudes not only for the legal-law field
1.8 proposal of measures and preparation of relevant documents to protect the company
1.9 preparation of regular or ad-hoc reports, analyses, outlines and proposals according to project requirements and company management

2. Field of HR administration and internal services:
2.1 co-operation on new projects in the assigned area
2.2 preparation of source materials and co-operation on wage closing and employee tax settlement process, work with internal applications and databases (e.g. attendance system)
2.3 ensuring coordination of on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees
2.4 support for the creation, recording and updating of the personal files documentation of employees
2.5 translations of documents from / to English, correction and finalization
2.6 supporting the generation and coordination of the process of monitoring and evaluating the performance of workers, supporting the creation and implementation of employee motivation and stabilization tools, including the evaluation of their effectiveness
2.7 support for the preparation of invoices for the services provided
2.8 covering all the steps in the process of recruitment and selection of workers where appropriate
2.9 on-call support for foreign colleagues (so called on-call duty) outside of working hours - counselling, personal assistance in urgent cases
2.10 performing other related activities on the basis of manager's requirements

Additional information to compensation package - total compensation consists of more components that we fairly consider as competitive. Compensation requirements of each candidate are evaluated individually and final proposal shared with selected candidate is fully in line with their individual experience, skills and capabilities, considering as well the market price of certain job position.

Personality requirements and skills

1. 1-2 years of experience within HR field + strong legal orientation
2. understanding of policies and procedures, good knowledge of employment/labor laws
3. active user of MS Office;
4. high-level communication skills, aptitude in problem-solving, team player
5. time flexibility is must
