Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a skilled and motivated employee for the position of Procurement Support Coordinator, who will participate at enhancement of the procurement process and coordination of procurement planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Controlling of the procurement process by evaluation of the operational and economic performance of the procurement unit
- Identification and resolution of the process bottlenecks
- Elaboration and optimization of the procurement plan

MAIN TASKS:
- Monitoring and presenting of the key performance indicators of the procurement process
- Presenting the process improvements to the Procurement team on a regular base
- Preparing the Procurement plan in cooperation with Procurement coordination unit and the monthly reports for the Company shareholders (Project Review meeting, Steering committee Meeting, BoD, etc.)
- Ensuring small orders for the purchase of equipment, works and services within MO34 project
- Performing market surveys to support the procurement team in the negotiations

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in the area of procurement or logistic or data analysis
- Engineering or economical background
- Contract negotiation experience beneficial
- Well-developed written and verbal communication in English, listening and presentation skills
