Job description, responsibilities and duties
Project duration:
6 months (at least until the end of 09/2021)
Mission :
- The automation technician is in charge of the adaptation and modifications of the currents installation in the plant for the project from the study to the start of production.
- He will manage the supplier during all the phases and the deliverables associated.
The automation technician uses the Stellantis standard of piloting the automation business.
The daily update of this standard for each of the batches piloted by the automation technician is a deliverable of the automation technician.
The weekly update of the list of reserves is a deliverable of the automation technician.
The automation technician participates in the responsible activities OBEYA meeting.
Upon request, the automation technician will participate in problem solving sessions.
Upon request, the automation technician will participate in failure analysis sessions.
In the development phases, the automation technician will lead the tests.
The automation technician carries out line inventories.
In the phases of increase in rate, the automation technician will ensure the assistance (possibility of shift work).
The automation technician will draw up a weekly progress report (according to the procedure below), which he will send to the Automation Activity Responsible. He will confirm that the PROJECT deadlines have been met with regard to the suppliers responsible for the implementation of the line.
This report will include:
- Alerts in case of delay, costs or quality of the PROJECT, with the foreseen corrective solutions.
- The progress of the deliverables related to the automation control sheets are carried out by the suppliers of means within the deadlines following Stellantis standard.
- The progress of the treatment of the automatism reserves.
- The controls of the application of the standards by the suppliers of means, respect of the standards and guides PSA.
The development will be in 5 phases:
- (Studies)
- Follow up & supply
- Mounting and commissioning
- Global Tests & ramp-up
- Lesson learn
