Bluesign technology ag located in Switzerland partners with the textile industry to minimize adverse impacts across the value chain, empowering brands, manufacturers, and chemical suppliers to create safer, responsible products for society.
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Back-office Administrator to join our team. You will support Sales Managers and contribute to the ongoing success of our company, which serves leading global brands, chemical suppliers and manufacturers in the textile industry.
Your role:
You’ll be a key support partner to our global Sales Managers and customers, handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. You’ll use SAP, Sales Force, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support to Sales Managers in the Western and South Asian regions
- Manage customer data and offers in SAP and/or Sales Force, and maintain customer folders
- Assist in preparing internal and external meetings with Sales Managers and customers
- Maintain documentation, contribute to process improvements (aligned with ISO certification)
- Support travel coordination and logistics for the sales team
- Help customers navigate our platform (bluesign CUBE) in cooperation with IT
- Monitor shared mailboxes, prepare summaries, and collaborate across departments

- English proficiency (C1 level minimum)

- Interested in continuous improvement and problem-solving
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years in administrative or customer-facing roles
- Strong experience with SAP, Sales Force, PowerBI
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational abilities
- German language skills are a plus
