Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your tasks and responsibilities:

● Responsibility for meeting set business goals, sales plan, and financial results
● Responsible for key accounts planning & budgeting
● Responsibility for creation, collection, and documentation of customer insight within the market cell, responsible for the collection of customer potentials and compliance to segmentation and service level matrix
● Enhances collaboration and provides direction to Customer Service Specialists and manages customer-related activities within own market cell
● Builds and maintains business relationships with key customers
● Identifies potential customers in the assigned market and their acquisition
● Monitors competitors’ activities, market situation, prepare a market analysis
● Improves SHP visibility, market share, and sales of the company's product portfolio
● Manages business cases from the price offer to realization
● Creates price calculations
● Negotiates contractual conditions following SHP standard practices

Personality requirements and skills

● Previous working experience of at least 5 years in a sales position within a complex and fast-paced business environment is a must.
● Previous experience in the paper industry is a huge advantage.
● Knowledge of negotiations techniques and ability to apply them in practice with customers
● Communication skills on an advanced level
● Organizational and leadership skills
● Decision-making: able to identify, judge and calculate risks. Understands impact and implications of decisions made.
