Job description, responsibilities and duties

SIA Central Europe is looking for a new Junior Project Manager in order to strengthen internal PM team. Successful candidate will be responsible for several projects in CEE and SEE region.

- Project Manager is responsible for managing combination of multiple small projects and moderately complex projects
- Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget and within scope
- Insuring project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving:
o Project Schedule
o Risk and Issue Management
o Scope Managements
- Managing the project budget. This includes understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking and managing project resources (both internal and external) effectively
- Clear and concise project communication (verbal and write) towards project stakeholders (including client and project board)

Wage (gross)

1 800 EUR/monthStarting from 1800€. Our offer will depend on the experience and seniority of the final candidate.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

• IT, Banking or Finance experience is advantage
• Team player
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, time management
• Excellent in prioritization and multitasking
• Ability to facilitate technical discussion in order to get decision
• Confident with preparing presentations and convincing senior management level
• Very good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
