How to contribute to our vision
For our System Components and System modelling teams within the Nacelle Technology Development department, we are looking for a project manager. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading some of our most important projects within technology development in the Nacelle Module.

You will be managing very different projects – from small exploration projects with very few contributors to being part of complex turbine development projects with numerous stakeholders.

As a Project Manager, you will actively clarify requirements and expectations, negotiate and organize resources, and develop your project team ensuring the success of the projects.

You will be working closely with highly specialized engineers and manage stakeholders throughout the whole organization. You will work both independently and in teams. You will be reporting to Project Ordering Party and SteerCo.

You will be working with some of our latest processes and tools within agile teams and scrum.

The ideal candidate:
• Hold an engineering degree
• Process a Project Management Certification
• Has practical experience with project management
• Is outgoing and proactive, and possess the ability to work both independently and in teams
• Is analytical, structured, and self-motivated.
• Strive in a cross-functional, international setting and understand team dynamics
• Has practical experience with agile teams and scrum.
Most importantly is your passion for continuous delivery and smooth operations in larger organizations. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
