This role is part of the CEE Lighting Customer Satisfaction Team. Its responsibilities are at the heart of driving a timely and qualitative (on-site) execution of services that provide the customer with a positive customer experience. Aspiring for high levels of customer satisfaction must be in your DNA.
Together we can…
- Ensures timely and accurate execution in solving warranty related.
- Supports product recalls efficiently.
- Insures timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with the contracts.
- Does on-site customer visits (if needed) to investigate and analyze customer complaints.
- Realizes proactive communication to customers to keep them informed.
- Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provides special / custom training to customers upon request.
You are…
Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies:
- Bachelor or master’s degree, electrical or electrotechnics area.
- Fluent English and Czech language is a must.
- Field support/service experience is essential.
- Permission for electricians according to Czech directive 1978/50, §6 at least is a must.
- SAP experience would be ideal, not essential.
- Lighting background will be a plus.
- Excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with others in a professional, courteous and ethical manner.
