• Managing of team and projects providing effective guidance on a daily basis.
• Supervision of the entire design development of a project.
• Preparation and presentation of projects to management.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent creativity and good grasp of Design tools.
• 7-10 years of design experience in an automotive design studio, with experience in project leading.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Solid understanding of the entire automotive interior design process.
• Ability to guide CAD- and clay modelers during the virtual 3-D stages of design development.
• Extensive understanding and experience of automotive engineering and packaging.
• A proactive global mindset, flexibility, excellent social and communication skills within our multi-national design team.
• Self-leading and drive skills as well as strong initiative.
• Proficient English language skills, German or/and Czech is advantageous.
