ROLE PURPOSE
The AM Front CRM team consists of Avaloq specialists in the CRM and Cost & Fees (C&F) area. We are looking for an experienced Avaloq Parameterisation Specialist / Business Analyst to strengthen our team in the CRM area. Candidates are expected to provide business analysis as well as parameterisation skills and have significant work experience with the core banking solution Avaloq. Focus will be on incident management and solution developing in the CRM area.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Business analysis, specification and implementation (parameterisation) in the area of CRM (Contact Management, Sales Opportunities, Campaign Management, RM Workplace, CRM Desk, Frontline reporting)
 Thorough understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services
 Support business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments
 Stakeholder management including end user consulting
 Service management: Business as Usual (BAU) support via Incident Mgmt.
 Change management: Support of specific projects or change requests, provide conclusions, recommendations, effort estimations, solution designs and develop agreed solutions

 Experience in working in an international team with native and non-native English speakers
 Fluent English written and spoken
 Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications
 Avaloq certification
 Strong Avaloq parameterisation know-how
 PL/SQL skills
 Project management skills (preferred)
 Oracle database know-how (preferred)
 German written and spoken (preferred)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
 University degree (or equivalent) in computer science or engineering
 Experience in business analysis, consulting, development
 At least 3-5 years of experience / business knowhow in the CRM area
 At least 3-5 years of Avaloq experience
 Education in banking (preferred)
