Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Administration of employment contracts, preparation of amendments and other documents
• Keeping employee records in electronic and paper form, employee attendance processing
• Working closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's recruitment needs for each position to meet recruitment goals and expectations
• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle across various open roles, helping management find, hire and retain quality talent (screen resumes, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation)
• Management of job portals and talent search platforms, planning, creation and publication of job descriptions, job advertisements and job offers
• Leveraging knowledge from multiple recruitment sources and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to find quality candidates
• Assistance in the development and implementation of human resources policies, support for HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Participation in the creation and administration of the benefit program, in organizing and improving teambuilding activities
• Providing support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolving any issues that may arise
• Daily communication with internal partners - employees or managers
• Participation in various projects and fulfilment of other tasks in accordance with the scope of work

• Good understanding of technology market is an advantage
