Job description, responsibilities and duties

Position Objective:
• Increase cluster online-business with focus accounts across multi language and multicultural markets
• Improve activity implementation quality for target accounts, thus delivering targetted business KPIs
• Secure solid and fast working online BA activity execution in cluster

Online Business Management tasks:
• Online business analysis and digital reporting: weekly & monthly review against defined KPI, including sell-out, market and in-house share data
• Collaborate closely with Sales and target account online teams, in order to plan, execute and evaluate activities. Use knowledge learned to construct proposals for future activities to improve campaign performance and ROI
• Leverage various tools to define onsite optimization, personalization and analytics needs/development: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, other as per business requirement
• Suggest improvements to on-site journeys, personalization possibilities
• Work with other team members and third parties (partner digital specialists, agencies) to find innovative and new ways to improve conversion rate and gain share

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Czech - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Qualification and Experience:
• Degree in relevant subject area or equivalent vocational experience
• +2 years’ experience of online business development - preferably with e-tailer/retailer or agency side
• Experience in analysing data and creating recommendations for action
• Experience with content-management, SEM/SEO, Social Media channels
• Experience with Google Tools (Data Studio, Analytics, Shopping, Trends)
• Experience in driving online sales & identifying key drivers
• Experience in setting up online promotions
• Experience with IT development projects, especially content data feeds
• Experience in creating KPI dashboards and reports
• Understanding of Online KPI´s, measurements and reports
• Knowledge of Czech and Slovakia e-commerce landscape
• Strong analytical, problem solving and commercial skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing technologies: ad tracking codes, reptargeting. Personalisation, audience management
• Fluent English and good knowledge of Czech
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain effective relationships
• Passion for quality and for best execution is also essential
• Used to working in a fast-paced & international environment

Desirable:
• Experience with additional analytics or A/B testing tools
• Experience with data management platforms
• Experience with any data visualization tool (exmpl Microsoft PowerBI, other)
• Experience in creating content in Photoshop/In-Design
