Job description, responsibilities and duties

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support of the management in day-to-day business as a management assistant
• Organization and coordination of meetings and appointments
• Participation in projects, creation and preparation of presentations, statistics and reports
• Independent, efficient, reliable, and professional organization of the various administrative tasks
• Function as an interface for internal and external contact persons
• Negotiating and business correspondence with suppliers, external partners and customers
• Support of the sales team and collaboration with other internal department of the company (maintaining and update the commercial database, support of existing customers and processing of customers´ inquiries, preparation and follow up of quotations, order processing, etc.)
• Coordination and further development of the back-office processes

YOUR QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor's or Master´s degree in business administration & management, economics, finance, international relations or similar
• 2+ Years of experience in management assistance or B2B sales
• Initiative, motivation, assertiveness, and a high degree of teamwork
• Fluent Czech and English (50% of the business language is in English)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Independent, structured and analytical way of working
