We are looking for a Technical Documentation Writer as addition to the team, working from our Brno office. The incumbent will be working for our EMEA sites and clients to develop and maintain reusable and automated templates of end user operating and maintenance instructions based on different internal organizations inputs.You will be proactively supporting different Solution Delivery organizations, particularly Systems Engineering.
• Attends Project Handover or Internal Launch meetings on assigned projects
• Proactively searches and collects all necessary inputs from project execution team to consolidate the project specific user operating and maintenance instructions including spare parts lists
• Searches for solutions to reduce costs of documentation while keeping its high-level quality and compliance to international standards
• Maintains the User Instructions templates implementing the latest updates from Global Brand and Communication team
• Creates Documentation Execution Plans on assigned projects in alignment with Project Quality Plans and Project
• Participates on internal process continuous improvement initiatives related to project documentation
• Contributes to harmonization of customer file structure and project technical file globally

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in machinery manufacturing, engineering or food industrial company working with project documentation and international standards compliance would be preferred
• Excellent communication in English, verbal and written - B or higher level
• Skilled in technical documentation
• Microsoft Office – Word and Excel at super user level (experience creating codes in Excel)
• Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications
