You will supervise the activities of the Accounts Receivable team across all countries, mainly in Europe. What you’ll be doing
As Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will lead the Accounts Receivable team with a focus on the efficient delivery of departmental objectives. You will be a critical liaison between the business, its customers and the Service Centre operations, ensuring underlying processes deliver to meet the desired results. You will possess a strong commercial awareness and have an in-depth understanding of business operations and systems. You will be confident in your leadership skills and ability to motivate, delegate and organise the team to meet all objectives to a high level.

Duties will include:
• Account and Contract Management, being a primary point of contact with key stakeholders and ensuring the team delivers accurate and timely maintenance of contracts and customer records
• Credit, Direct Debit and Collection Management
• Supervision of customer billings process
• Revenue recognition, understanding the relationship between contract management activities and the impact on Revenue Recognition
• Supporting the Business Leader on ad hoc tasks, projects and on-going improvement activities
• Ensuring adherence to identified key controls including the documented testing for SOX purposes
• Managing the team’s training needs and planning the on-boarding and training of new associates
• Managing associate changes/turnover and realigning team to meet business needs

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
• Strong, demonstrable experience in a similar/ supervisory level role
• Strong hands on experience of working on ERP Finance systems
• Experience in Revenue Accounting preferable
• Demonstrable experience of managing teams
• Experience of working for an International Company and a Service Centre environment would be advantageous
• Experience of working with contracts and liaison with customers
• Accounting Technician qualification
• Excellent English Language skills as a minimum but any other European languages also a bonus
