Job description, responsibilities and duties
For the management of the Europe-wide sales organization as well as the R&D, purchasing and logistics departments, we are currently looking for a Chief Sales Officer.
Your Tasks
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy, taking into account the specific needs of the industry and target markets, with a focus on the DACH region.
- Continuous market analysis, competitive evaluation, and identification of growth opportunities, new business possibilities, and markets.
- Definition of KPIs in collaboration with the executive management.
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Sales, R&D, Logistics, and Procurement departments (20 FTE).
- Proactive development and maintenance of long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Close collaboration with production, research & development, and marketing to ensure that products meet market needs and that the sales strategy aligns with innovation cycles.
- Ensuring product quality, sustainability, and adaptation to current market demands and customer requirements.

Collaborative and team-oriented working style
Strong sales talent with a high customer and service orientation
Business fluent Slovak and English skills; German skills are of advantage
