Hvac Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d)

The client is a biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, and delivers drugs and biosimilars for the treatment of various neurological and neurodegenerative diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures the troubleshooting and operations of HVAC systems according to allocated work
• Performs troubleshooting and operations on HVAC equipment
• Operate HVAC systems, BMS alarms review and reporting,
• Analyze trends and data available in SCADA system to improve system reliability
• Documents all executed tasks in CMMS following Work Order management procedures
• Supports the creation and illustration of procedures (SOP), work and checklists instructions
• LOTO preparation and implementation
• Adheres to all safety instructions (EHS)
• Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices related to HVAC Systems
• Provides on-call service in accordance with operation plan

Other work tasks related to Utilities systems can be allocated by the superior.

Accountability Description Percent of Time Spent Execute operations and troubleshooting task according schedule: 60%
Support unplanned corrective maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, in accordance with activities schedule: 10%
Document in CMMS all activities performed following Biogen procedures and template: 20%
Follow the required training in accordance with assigned training matrix: 10%
